Bookings must be made in advance through the Hallmaster online booking system. The calendar below shows bookings for the Foyer, Main Hall, Williamson Room and the MUGA.
Note – for one-off bookings you will be invoiced a month in advance and required to pay ahead of the event.
To make a booking, click “LOGIN” as an existing customer.
For new customers, choose your date and click the “+” and follow the instructions on the screen. You will be sent an email confirmation of your booking and it will be shown on the calendar.

There are no staff in the hall. You will be given a code for the key safe on the left-hand side of the entrance door when your booking is confirmed. Return the key to the key safe at the end of your hire, unless your group has been given the permanent use of a key.

Note – having held our rates for some four years increasing costs over that period have meant that we have had to increase our rates. We have endeavoured to keep our rates at a competitive level and hope you continue to support and enjoy our well maintained facilities.

*Clubs includes all organised groups and clubs run for the benefit of the members. Fundraising events include: any events organised by registered charities; events organised by groups that are not charities but whose fundraising benefits the local Aird area.
